Can I wear mascara or shower afterwards?

Can I apply mascara afterwards?

Yes, but we recommend leaving your lashes untouched for at least 24 hours after the treatment. You may not need mascara anyway. If you want even fuller-looking lashes, use non-waterproof mascara, because removing waterproof mascara can put extra stress on the lashes and weaken the lift.

Can I shower afterwards?

Of course. It is best to avoid doing so for the first 24 hours.

Can I tint my lashes after the lift?

Yes, you can. Simply use our Luxe Tint Set.

It is best to tint your lashes after the treatment. More details are included in the instructions.

Make sure no water or other liquids touch your lashes for 24h after application, otherwise the effect may be lost.

Who should not use the Luxe Lashlift Set?

The Luxe Lashlift Set is not suitable if you have chronically dry eyes, conjunctivitis, an active eye infection of any kind, trichotillomania, or if you have recently undergone chemotherapy. Please wait at least one year after your last treatment.

My eyelashes did not lift properly. What should I do?

Many people rush through the process, which can prevent the lashes from lifting correctly. The two solutions that need extra care and time are the fixation and perm lotion. If either solution is removed too early, the lashes may not absorb the ingredients properly.

Note: Thick lashes do not mean you should apply the solution too heavily. Doing so can undo the lift.

Note: Which lash pad did you pick? The lash pad is the foundation of the whole treatment. Feel free to try different sizes, because the same size is not suitable for everyone.

For example, if your lashes are not very long and you want a strong curl, size S is probably the right choice. If you have very long lashes, that pad may be too small, so M or L will likely suit you better.

I applied it, but I cannot see a difference.

It is important to follow every step correctly and respect the listed exposure times for the substances.

Which lash pad did you choose? The lash pad is the foundation of the whole process. Try different pad sizes, because one size does not work for everyone.

For example, if your lashes are not very long and you want a strong curl, size S is probably suitable. If your eyelashes are very long, this pad may be too small, and M or L is usually better.

1. Thoroughly clean both the pad and your eyelid.

2. Apply a thin layer of glue to the back of the lash pad and let it dry for 30-60 seconds before placing the pad on your eyelid.

3. Press the eyelash pad gently on your eyelid for about 60-90 seconds.

If that is not enough, repeat steps 1 and 2, but this time apply a thin layer of glue to both your eyelid and the back of the lash pad. If needed, you can add a little glue afterwards, for example if one corner of the pad does not hold.

How often may I repeat a Luxe Tint treatment?

The Luxe Tint treatment is gentle on eyelashes and eyebrows, so it can be repeated at any time. Ideally, repeat once the effect has faded.

I did not use all of my mixed Luxe Tint. Can I reuse it later?

Already mixed tint cannot be reused because the color dries after some time. However, our tint is resealable and therefore has a long shelf life.

How long does the Luxe Tint treatment take?

The treatment takes about 10-20 minutes, depending on the application time.

Is the treatment painful?

The treatment should not be painful if there is no allergic reaction. We recommend doing a patch test 24 hours beforehand, preferably on an inconspicuous area. Still, this does not guarantee that a reaction is excluded.

Can I use mascara even with the tint?

After tinting, you can apply mascara to your lashes without any problem.

Can I do the Luxe Tint treatment during pregnancy?

The same applies as with hair dyeing. Since testing on pregnant women is not allowed, there are no studies on this.
