Consumer withdrawal rights

Returns Can Be Accepted When:
- The package is sealed, unopened and still in the original packaging.
- It is sent back within 30 days of delivery *except for Hair Serum- 90 days*.
- You ship with Track & Trace, since parcels that go missing cannot be refunded.
- The parcel includes your name and order number so we can process it smoothly.
- The return is shipped to the correct address for a hassle-free refund process.
What Cannot Be Refunded:
- Packages that were opened or used.
- Packages that become lost in transit.
- Packages returned in poor condition because of insufficient packaging, making them unusable.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exclusion of the right of revocation
Unless we have made a different agreement with you, the right of revocation does not apply, among other cases, to contracts for sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once the seal has been removed after delivery.

Shipping costs & return
The customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. You must pay your own shipping fees when returning your item. Shipping charges are not refundable.

General Shipping Information:
Customs duties and any applicable taxes must be paid by the buyers themselves.
Customers are responsible for the direct return-shipping cost.
You may choose a traceable shipping service or buy shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that your return shipment will arrive with us.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for additional costs caused by choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us, without delay and no later than within 30 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees because of this repayment.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back and the returned package has been inspected at our warehouse.
